Policies

Shipping: All our orders are shipped through Canada Post. We do shipments once a week, so you should receive all in stock items within 14 days. If we are special ordering products for you, shipping times may vary depending on the manufacturer and how soon they can get it to us. The turn around time for you getting your product is generally no more than 3 weeks. If there is a problem receiving special order items, we will notify you immediately.
If you want your products quicker we can arrange to ship, however you choose, at your expence.

Currency: All our prices are in Canadian Dollars.

Local Deliveries: We do offer local deliveries. There is a $5.00 handling fee. Please allow for 2 to 3 days for us to prepare your order before delivery. We will contact you the day before we deliver to make time arrangements.

Refunds/Exchanges: We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all unwashed, unused products. In some cases we will offer a 30 day money back guarentee after you child is born on unwashed, unused products. There is a 15% restocking fee for some returned orders and the customer is responsible for return shipping on all returns.

Cancel Orders: There is a 15% restocking fee on all canceled orders once they have been processed.

Warranty: All manufactures offer warranty on their products and you deal direct with the manufacturer. Defects are rare, but if they do happen please contact us to let us know of the problem and we can give you contact information for the appropriate company. Please include a brief explanation of the problem. Defects include loose stitching, holes, mis-sewn, etc. Staining, fading, and potential build-up is considered normal 'wear and tear' and does not suffice for replacement purposes.
